The artwork must be returned to its original condition. It must be securely packaged to prevent damage.

4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
